We generally recommend 2-6 follow-up sessions, depending on the person, to review, and adjust the plan along the
way (if necessary), including continuing education.
After receiving your personal plan of attack, we offer one complimentary email support session for if you have any questions regarding our plan
or your circumstances.
After our consult, you will hear form me in ~3 business days with a summary of our consult & an individualised and science-backed plan of attack to achieve your goals.
It's go time! We'll jump on a call/zoom and chat in-depth about your history, dietary habits/intake, training, goals, lifestyle, and so much more!
We're in! We lock in your initial consultation date and then I send you a pre-questionnaire to gather some finer details prior to your consult.
Optional 15-minute discovery call to discuss your background and goals. We will also share with you our approach to make sure we're aligned moving forward.
